They actively work with municipalities and authorities to create building rights that support social infrastructure. With a headquarters in central Stockholm and several offices around Sweden and Helsinki, they have their own staff managing the administration. The organization is flexible with short decision-making paths and has experienced staff who are responsive to tenants' needs.

Job DescriptionIn the role of accountant, you will be part of a team consisting of 18 accountants. Each accountant manages the finances for a number of companies. The role is broad, and your tasks will include ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, monthly and annual closings, annual reports, and tax returns.

In addition to the ongoing, recurring tasks, you will also be involved in the lease agreements that apply to your companies and handle the ad hoc questions that arise.

Who are we looking for?We are looking for someone with relevant education and matching experience from the above job description. It is an advantage if you have experience with one or more accounting systems. Experience from the real estate industry is highly positive.
